From hobby to hero, young artist, Louis the Engineer has allowed the art of Hip Hop to save his life. At the ripe age of twelve, Louis began what would be a long and hard road to fulfilling his dreams. "I couldn't really find my flow at first. And then I dropped my first song and the career took off from there..."
Finding inspiration from lyricists like Kendrick Lamar and Lupe Fiasco, The Engineer brings a bold new flavor to the Hip Hop scene with a cutting edge take on reality from a youthful perspective. "My favorite thing about rapping has to be our ability to really speak deeply on issues, public issues and know that somebody feels the same, or learns something new from the music." Louis the Engineer plans, not only to build himself as an artist, but to re-design the Hip Hop game entirely.
